Wind chill warning for Spokane

It’s supposed to be extremely cold this weekend.  From KXLY:

A Wind Chill Warning is in effect for the Spokane area Friday. The warning will be in effect from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday.

Temperatures are expected to be in the single digits. The wind chill could be from 12 degrees to 23 degrees below zero.

If you plan on being outdoors, dress in warm clothing and minimize exposure. Pets and livestock need to have a warm dry shelter as well as access to food and unfrozen water.
