Ribbon cutting at 5 p.m., followed with presentations by Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich, Spokane Valley Police Chief Rick VanLeuven and the Mayor of the City of Spokane Valley. The new office is located inside the West entrance on the second floor, left of the escalators. Please RSVP so name tags can be made.

Each person can choose two free comic books from the selections, free sketches for kids, get your picture taken with famous characters on Saturday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; costume contest with prizes and more. Free comics books both days, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
