 Crime Prevention Office Grand Re-opening

4 – 6 PM

Spokane Valley Mall (14740 E. Indiana Ave., Spokane Valley)

Information tables, refreshments, giveaways, a raffle and more. Ribbon cutting at 5 p.m., followed with presentations by Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich, Spokane Valley Police Chief Rick VanLeuven and the Mayor of the City of Spokane Valley. The new office is located inside the West entrance on the second floor, left of the escalators. Please RSVP so name tags can be made.

Food Truck Rally and First Friday

10 AM – 8 PM; Downtown on Post Street

Food Truck Rally: Event sponsored by Downtown Spokane Partnership, City of Spokane & the

Greater Spokane Food Truck Association.  Food is generally priced between $5-$10.

5 – 8 PM; Various Downtown Venues

First Friday: Monthly art & retail promotion series. FREE to view.

Free Comic Book Weekend – Merlyn’s

19 W. Main Ave.

 Each person can choose two free comic books from the selections, free sketches for kids, get your picture taken with famous characters on Saturday-Sunday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; costume contest with prizes and more. Free comics books both days, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
