South Perry Farmers’ Market

3 – 7 pm

Thursday Market in the South Perry District features over 20 local vendors offering fruit, vegetables, flowers, meat, honey, herbs and eggs grown by local farmers; a variety of artisan prepared foods and handcrafted goods, as well as ready to eat foods. The market is held every Thursday from May 17 to October 25 in the parking lot in front of The Shop from 3-7 pm. The Market also operates in winter months across the street at The Buddhio yoga studio at 915 S Perry.

Spokane Area Swimming Clinic

USA Swimming-certified coaches provide individual swimming stroke analysis, stroke theory, tips and more. June 6, June 28 and Aug. 9 from 9-10 am.

(This is not swim lessons, participants must be able to swim freestyle (face in water) for 50 meters (the long length of the pool).

Lego Build Day

10 am

Bring the family as the traveling Lego Build Day stops at each Spokane County Library throughout 2014. Drop in for an hour or all day. Enjoy some snacks and build to your heart’s content. Your awesome creations will be on display at that library for the month. Then they will be dismantled and the Legos shipped off to the next library for their Lego Build Day. All ages welcome, but children and six and younger should be accompanied by an adult.

24th Annual Cow Plop & Street Carnival

Community street carnival with slides, obstacle course, games, arts/crafts, and more; games are priced 25 cents-$1.
