Customer Service Representative

Location: AFCO Distribution, 11016 E Montgomery Dr, Spokane Valley, WA 99206

Duties:

*Places and answers timely calls to customers, accepts orders showing an attention to detail and pursuing quality in accomplishing tasks.  Performing tasks with care and checks work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

*Correctly enters and documents customer orders on POS system. Identifies key facts in routine orders and evaluates when information appears incorrectly or needs verification, and takes appropriate actions. Strives for 100% accuracy.

*Encourages additional sales to increase the value of each order placed.

Sales Associate I

Location: Sherwin Williams

Duties: 

*Operate vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws while maintaining an acceptable personal driving record.
*Prepare paint orders, including mixing, utilizing standard formulas and custom formulas.
*Perform paint mixing and/or shading with utmost care to ensure minimum mistints.
*Assists in planning delivery schedule to optimize unit efficiency and ensure customers’ maximum service.
*Maintain company truck. Alert manager as to truck’s repair and servicing needs.
*Know paperwork flow and provide delivery documents as required.
*Alert Reps to possible sales leads given by customers or potential customers.
*Clean and maintain all areas and equipment as assigned.
*Make delivery of product as needed ensuring customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
*Load merchandise to ensure safety and security.
*Pick up merchandise from local vendors as needed.
*Conduct self in professional manner to ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
*Know and perform duties of other branch personnel as assigned.
*Assist in filling orders including proper staging per branch policy.
*Assist with inside customer service, as needed, including servicing customers and/or processing their orders.
*Answer telephone in a professional manner, answering questions knowledgeably and/or take customers order.
*Load/unload merchandise from trucks.
*Match packing slips with purchase orders.
*Properly dispose of waste cans and product in compliance with Company and Governmental regulations.

*May be “essential” duties depending on the number of employees working in the branch.

Requirements: 

Employee is required to lift and carry approximately 25-50 lbs. frequently and 75-100 lbs. on occasion. The employee will spend approximately 45% of the time sitting, 25% standing, 20% walking, 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling. In those branches where employees are required to mix paint, the employee must possess exceptional perception of color differences and precision with weights and measures. Must also be able to wear safety equipment as required. Must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors. Employee must be able to operate lift truck and hand truck. In those branches where employee is required to make deliveries, the employee must be licensed and able to operate a car or truck.

Other Requirements:

High School or the equivalent is required. Employee must be licensed and able to operate vehicle in accordance with Federal and State law including commercial drivers license if required. Must have acceptable driving record from State Motor Vehicle Bureau. Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed. If usage of employee’s own vehicle is required for company business, employee must obtain appropriate insurance per Company Policy.


Material Handler – Nights

Location: NCI Group, Inc., Airway Heights

With corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, NCI Building Systems has 44 facilities throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. We currently have a need for a day shift Material Handler in Airway Heights, Washington.

Duties:  Commitment to safe work practices. NCI has a culture committed to to keeping our employees working safe and injury free.Verbal and written communication to supervision and co-workers. Follow company procedure and guidelines. Check for identifying tags and labels on material. Operate forklift and overhead crane safely. Lawn Specialist

Location: Trugreen

Duties: 

*Applying fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
*Driving company vehicle to customer locations
*Responding on a timely basis to customer requests for telephone and in-person service calls
*Completing required production forms and customer instructions
*Assisting in sales to current customers through contact on route
*Measuring the lawn of potential customers to provide them with an accurate cost of TruGreen’s service
*Performing a daily three-minute, 360 degree inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return
*Completing production reports, new sales forms, customer invoice forms, daily vehicle inspection report, and cancel/skip notices as required daily
*Maintaining vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance
