Helping From The Heart

Join members of the Spokane United Way Emerging Leaders Society as we spend a fun filled day at Northeast Community Center. There are a variety of service projects to choose from including repair projects – indoors and outdoors, cleaning and organizing. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Northeast Community Center, Spokane United Way Emerging Leaders Society while giving back to our community, having fun and meeting new contacts!

Join us from 8am – 2pm or as your schedule permits. Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or paint splattered and closed toed shoes are a must. Yard work is an option so if you have rakes and work gloves bring those with you. Sanding of furniture is also an option – if you have a portable sander bring it along and practice your carpentry skills!
