Receptionist
Location: ABM Industries, Inc., Spokane, WA
Duties: Greet and direct all visitors and applicants that come into the office. Direct and route calls, arrange call backs, and provide backup to other office staff as needed. Ability to work with multiple personalities while maintaining a professional, customer service-friendly, and positive attitude.
Keeps clients, superiors, and peers updated based on information needs.
Requirements: Must have a High School diploma or GED. Some College coursework preferred. Prior experience in business or office duties preferred. Minimum 3 years experience required in a similar capacity. Must have intermediate understanding of office procedures. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be highly organized, dependable, articulate, detail oriented and can function independently. Possess interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various levels of management and staff. Bilingual (Spanish) is a preferred, but not required.

Housekeeper
Location: Pioneer Human Services – Carlyle Care Center – Spokane, WA
Duties: Carlyle Care Center, a 151-bed assisted living facility, specializes in the care of mentally ill adults.  Services provided include:  assistance with activities of daily living, medication assistance, meals, housekeeping, laundry, appointment coordination, and recreational activities. This active position works both independently and as a team to ensure the residents and the facility’s safety and sanitation needs are met.  Join our team!  Use your housekeeping and organizational skills to improve our facility and our residents’ lives.
Requirements: Applicant must be able to successfully pass a Washington State DSHS background check. This position is performed in a standing and walking position, with sitting only performed during breaks and at lunch. There is frequent lifting of items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and seldom lifting up to 50 pounds.  There is frequent bending, pushing and pulling, and handling and grasping.

Part-Time Call Center Operator for Evening/Weekend shifts
Location: Pass Word, Inc, 1303 W 1st Ave
Duties: Long-established local industry leader in radio paging and call center services seeks Call Center Telephone Answering Operators for weekdays shifts anywhere for 2:00pm ~ 10:00pm and weekends shifts anywhere for 6:00am ~ 10:00pm. The schedule should be 25~30 hours/week after training. ATTENDANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT!! Again, it is for EVENING AND WEEKEND shifts.
Requirements: If you have good people-skills & common sense, can type accurately (40+ pwm), have knowledge of Excel spreadsheet, are good with mapping, are a team player & self-starter, can follow the directions, and need less supervision, please come apply in person at 1303 W 1st Ave. E-mail will NOT be considered as an application. Duties: White’s Boots the Northwests premier footwear manufacture is currently seeking a commercial sewing machine operator. Will train the right candidate. Requirements:Can pass a state and federal criminal background check;  High School graduate or GED, and is 18 years of age or older;  Reads, speak, and write English; Enjoys working with the elderly;  Is willing and able to work any shift ( days, evenings, or nights);  Professional appearance; Can lift, push/pull 50 pounds.
