To be eligible for assistance, your income must be at or below 125% of Federal Poverty Guidelines:

Household Size & Average Monthly Income

1 person       $1,216
2 people       $1,639
3 people       $2,062

4 people       $2,484

You must be a Spokane County resident, have an energy burden and have not received assistance since October 2014.
Appointments must be scheduled.  To do so, please contact Kat Hartsell at 326-9540 or stop by the West Central Community Center at 1603 N. Belt to reserve your spot.
