Event Description: First Time Home Buyer Seminar Sponsored by WSHFC –  Sponsored by Washington State Housing Finance Commission. This seminar is for anyone thinking about buying their first home, or anyone who has not owned a home in the last three years. Once attendees complete the 5 hour class they will receive a certificate good for two years. Commission Sponsored classes are free and open to the public, include information about the Commission’s low-interest rate House Key State Bond first mortgage program, down payment assistance, and other loan programs; and are accepted by all affordable housing loan programs as meeting or exceeding educational requirements.
