Avista Customers Only Energy Assistance


To get an appointment, any income-eligible Avista client may call a SNAP front desk at any center.  Front desk staff can now schedule appointments on the Northeast calendar for April 9-30. These appointments are for Avista clients who have not received an Energy Assistance grant since October 1, 2014.

Please bring with you to your appointment, the following:

  •  Social Security number verification for *every* person living in the home
  • Picture ID for adults, if available
  • Avista bill or account number
  • Verification of all income received in January, February, and March 2015 (for students, verification of financial aid and tuition, books, and fees)
