Holiday Turkey Bingo at East Central Community Center

Event Flyer: Turkey Bingo

There will be a Holiday Turkey BINGO event (open at no cost to all families) at East Central Community Center (500 S. Stone Street, Spokane, WA 99202) this Friday, December 18th  from 6p-8p (Doors open at 5:30p).  This event is sponsored by Better Health Together, Amerigroup, Community Health Plan of WA, Coordinated Care, and Molina Healthcare.  There will be a resource fair with various community agencies, free haircuts, snacks, food demonstrations and distribution by WSU Food Sense and 2nd Harvest Food Bank, pictures with Santa and BINGO – winners win a turkey!

FREE Responsible Renters Community Classes

The Responsible Renter Program is a curriculum, taught by member agencies, to help participants address their barriers to getting and keeping permanent housing. Participants learn about money and debt management, renter rights and responsibilities, how to find a home, and how to choose a roommate and make a roommate agreement.

Backpacks For Kids — Save the Date (8/20)

The Salvation Army will be hosting the Backpacks For Kids distribution and resource fair on Thursday, August 20th from 9:00am – 6:00pm.

Backpacks For Kids – Sponsored by Cenex Zip Trip  

Backpacks For Kids is the largest backpack and school supply distribution in the Northwest Region. We anticipate handing out more than 5,000 backpacks filled with supplies to children in our community.
